We are only doing this because this is a new product design. Since you may wonder how effective they can be, we want to remove any doubt or risk. Our experience has shown that once a dealer uses the Bois ligature, and shows it to a number of band directors in their area, they will be very pleased with the sales.
Buy up to 6 of our Bois ligatures. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return up to 5 of the ligatures for a full refund (If you bought 6, one should have been opened to use and try in your store).
Once we receive any ligatures you send back, we will send you a check for 50% off the MSRP on any model you purchased and returned that is in re-saleable condition.
This offer will be good for up to 5 Bois Ligatures purchased by Sept 30, 2011.
Any returns must be received at our office by November, 2011 in order to get a refund.
All you would need to do is email us at: sales@scoremktg.com with which ligatures you want to return. We will then email you a UPS return shipping label that you will print out and put on the box to be sent back. Just give it to your UPS driver, and you are done.
In your email request for the UPS label, you must include:
1) Your store name, PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS and ZIP code
2) The email address and person's name to send the label to
3) The STORE NAME (not individual) that the check should be made out to.
4) Your telephone number
5) The date you purchased the ligatures
6) Which distributor you purchased the ligatures from
7) The number and which models you are returning (1-5 pieces)
8) Write on the outside of the package: "Dealer Return"
9) Please also put a business card or a sheet with your name and phone# INSIDE the box
Again, once we receive your return, we will send you a check for 50% off the MSRP for every ligature (up to 5) you returned that were in re-saleable condition.
